Braum's Inc. is seeking a District Manager for a multi-unit role across Wichita and Derby, Kansas, overseeing 6-8 restaurants. You will recruit, train, and coach store managers and their teams to maximize sales and maintain food quality and customer service. Travel within the district is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Multi-unit management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the management teams of stores in the district.
• Coach and demonstrate sound customer service principles to all staff.
• Establishing goals to meet company objectives.
• Developing management team and successors within the district.
• Collaborate with Area Recruiter to identify top talent for management roles.
• Identify development needs and create improvement plans for the district team.
• Monitor staffing levels across stores in the district.
• Track key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure store policies, guidelines and procedures are understood by the team.
• Communicate opportunities for improvement to store management.
