Casey’s General Stores Inc. in Jonesboro, AR, is seeking a District Manager to oversee 12–15 locations and execute Casey’s strategic initiatives, drive sales, and ensure a best-in-class guest experience.

Starting pay range: $88,700–$110,900 with bonus eligibility; benefits include a 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation and a company-provided vehicle. Travel throughout the district is required.

• Experience in large or multi-unit environments with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.

Compensation:

Starting pay range: $88,700 - $110,900 Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance.

Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
