Sun Tan City is seeking a District Manager in Training to lead multiple salon locations toward sales and operational excellence. You will set district strategies, monitor key metrics, and drive accountability through structured coaching and hiring practices.

The role requires strong sales leadership, experience in achieving targets, and willingness to travel within the district to ensure consistency and results across locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to travel within your district.
