Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to help lead daily salon operations and staff, delivering a high-quality client experience. You will coach the team, manage sales and performance, and ensure a clean, professional environment.

The role requires leadership and sales experience, with the ability to work a 5-day week including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced beauty environment. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous management and/or sales experience is required.
• Beauty industry or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills are important.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Reliable transportation and ability to assist with bank deposits if needed.
• Ability to work a 5-day work week averaging 35-45 hours depending on position status.
