Job summary

Savers is seeking a District Manager in Training to lead and develop store teams within a multi-unit landscape. The program includes a 15-week training curriculum, after which you transition to a Store Manager role in a single-unit capacity with potential progression to multi-unit roles.

Qualifications

• Must have previous District multi-unit experience.
• High School diploma; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering top-tier financial results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stores' performance in sales, profit, on-site donations, production and productivity.
• Lead and supervise the management team and staff across the store network.
• Plan staffing, recruit, train and manage schedules to meet donor and customer needs.
• Audit merchandise, pricing, and seasonal back stock; drive initiatives to reduce landfill.
