Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Experience with merchandising required.
• Previous recruiting experience required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop store leaders that deliver shopping experiences beyond customer expectations.
• Analyze district sales results and trends to increase sales.
• Maintain inventory mix and merchandise presentation to maximize sales in each store.
• Partner with store managers to recruit and train new associates.
• Foster growth and development of associates into leadership roles.
• Manage payroll hours and scheduling.
• Ensure store managers maintain cash control and conduct regular audits.
• Monitor inventory shrinkage and ensure proper controls across your district.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional, safe, and friendly store environments.
• Develop meaningful relationships with associates, leaders, and communities.
• Travel up to 50% with occasional overnight stays to support and oversee store operations across your district.
