The role requires leadership, merchandising and recruiting experience, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license. Expect travel up to 50% with overnight stays as you grow into district leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership and supervisory experience are required.
• Experience with merchandising is required.
• Previous recruiting experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Multi-unit retail management experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop store leaders that deliver shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations.
• Analyze district sales results and trends to increase sales.
• Maintain inventory mix and merchandise presentation to maximize sales in each store.
• Partner with store managers to recruit and train new associates.
• Foster the growth and development of associates into leadership roles.
• Manage payroll hours.
• Ensure Store Managers are maintaining cash control and conducting store audits.
• Ensure Store Managers monitor inventory shrinkage and control it across the district.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional, safe, respectful environments.
• Develop meaningful relationships with associates, leaders, and communities served.
• Travel up to 50% of the time with overnight stays to support district operations across stores.
