Job summary

Potbelly is seeking a District Manager I to lead a small multi-shop market. You will coach General Managers, set goals for shops, monitor key metrics, and drive profitability through staffing, scheduling, and training. A strong focus on people development and compliance with labor laws is required.

Frequent travel and 50+ hour weeks are expected. Compensation includes a base salary with annual raises and bonus potential, along with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
• Ability to coach and develop General Managers and shop teams.
• Strong planning, budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities
