Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a District Manager to lead both sales and service operations across the territory, driving growth, coaching teams, and ensuring compliant service delivery. You will be responsible for district performance, sales execution, and strong customer relationships while managing overall operations and finances.

You must meet education and experience requirements, travel as needed, and demonstrate problem-solving and leadership across a multi-location operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be willing to travel to Atlanta, GA within 60 days of start date.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Sales, military or job-related experience considered an asset.
• Hired candidates reside or relocate central to their region.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with several software applications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and applicable laws across the district.
• Manage subordinates, train staff, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Control expenses and establish an approval system.
• Oversee field staff and route management within guidelines.
• Develop current management and field personnel.
• Ensure timely paperwork and documentation.
• Recruit and hire new talent.
• Pursue continuous profit improvement and outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and maintain client relationships.
