Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of stores with eligibility for a company car, bonuses, full benefits, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, a competitive salary, and growth opportunities at a fast-growing retailer.

The District Manager is accountable for profitable retail operations across an assigned territory of stores, aiming to increase store, food service, fuel, and ancillary sales while protecting assets. Overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in gasoline, grocery, food service, or another retail business.
• Experience having successfully managed/or supervised multiple retail stores.
• Demonstrated knowledge of environmental regulations and requirements preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; strong organization and planning skills, strong delegation and follow up skills.
• Able to work with and motivate a diverse mix of customers, clients, and build a variety of interpersonal relationships.
• Knowledge about construction and maintenance preferred.
• Excellent track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated PC skills including Windows, MS Word/Excel & Outlook, Explorer, or other e-mail program.
• Ability to do overnight travel and be a "road warrior" within territory.
• Infraction free driving record.
