Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, convenience-store, fuel or customer-service experience preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain required certifications (food-safety, alcohol, tobacco, lottery).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily gas station, convenience-store, and food-service operations.
• Prepare and maintain employee schedules.
• Recruit, interview, select, onboard, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate store employees.
• Ensure policies, safety, and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention.
