Job summary

James Edward & Companies Group in Lubbock, TX is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of Account Managers, drive in-store execution for key customers, and coach staff to meet KPIs.

You will ride routes two days weekly to train and evaluate performance, maintain regular communications with retail partners, and develop ASM selling skills to enhance national and local programming while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 6 years experience in a similar role in lieu of education.
• 2+ years management experience in sales environment.
• Valid US driver's license and DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and KPIs for assigned ASM team.
• Spend two days per week on route rides to train and evaluate ASM performance.
• Maintain communications with retail partners to execute national and local programming.
• Teach ASMs selling skills: prospecting, objections handling, and retail math.
