Job summary

Viva-Distributing-LL in Texas is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of Account Managers (ASMs) who drive in-store execution for key customers. You will coach, develop, and evaluate performance while implementing national and local programming.

You will also spend substantial time on route rides and coaching, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
• 6+ years’ experience in a sales leadership role in lieu of education.
• Valid US driver’s license and DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and KPI targets for assigned ASMs.
• Coach and develop ASM teams through feedback and performance reviews.
• Spend two days per week on route rides to train and evaluate ASM execution.
• Establish and maintain communications with retail partners and decision makers.
• Teach ASMs selling skills and establish new accounts using retail math.
• Lead regular ASM meetings and share best practices across teams.
• Uphold company standards, safety, and operating procedures.
