Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in a designated district. You will ensure exceptional customer service, implement SOPs, and lead a team of location managers to drive revenue and profitability.

You will analyze financial performance, develop action plans, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while traveling within and beyond the district as needed. This role offers a clear growth path within Driven Brands’ family of brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a district management or multi-unit management role in the automotive industry or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the district and occasionally outside of the district as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and operational objectives.

Compensation Range: $65,200.00 - $116,500.00

Compensation Frequency: Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
