Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple stands, drive operational success, and live the brand’s mission to brew smiles one cup at a time. You will lead Stand Managers and their teams, ensuring standout customer experiences and consistent execution across your region.

You’ll monitor staffing, training, inventory, and scheduling to hit COGS and labor goals, while coaching leaders to grow within 7 Brew.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-site food-service operations.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, and labor optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple stands and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the region.
• Attend leadership meetings and conduct regular stand visits to reinforce processes and monitor performance.
• Foster open communication with Stand Managers and hold them accountable for customer service, efficiency, and financial targets.
• Monitor regional financial performance and guide corrective actions to maintain profitability.
• Identify, mentor, and develop Stand Managers and Shift Leads to build leadership depth.
