Flik Hospitality Group seeks a General Manager to oversee the Centurion Lounge operations at DCA Airport in Arlington, VA. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking and leadership to ensure top-tier food quality and customer service.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage budgeting, scheduling, payroll and team development while maintaining excellent client relationships. A hospitality or culinary background and 5+ years of foodservice leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team on menus and top quality food.
• Roll out new culinary programs with Company marketing and culinary teams.

Job Summary

The General Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Operations, holds duties related to day to day operations of the Centurion Lounge at DCA Airport in Arlington, VA. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
