Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Floating General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple Flik airport lounges. Report directly to the District Manager, with strong emphasis on communication, multitasking, and team leadership to ensure top-tier service and food quality.

Position requires a track record in high-volume foodservice, budget management, and staff development. The role is part of Compass Group USA and aligns with our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Experience managing a budget.
• High-volume production and catering experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the account.
• Floats between multiple airport lounges managed by Flik Hospitality.
• Performs HR functions including hiring, counseling, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains relationships with customers and clients; collaborates with Chef and management on menus.

Job Summary

The Floating General Manager, reporting directly to the District Manager, holds duties related to day to day operations of Flik Airport Lounges. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Manages overall day to day operations of the account
• Will float between multiple airport lounges managed by Flik Hospitality
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Five years of foodservice operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
