Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple accounts in the Midwest, driving operational excellence and mentoring on-site teams during peak service hours.

This role requires up to 80% travel to support accounts across the region and ensure consistent service quality. You will lead with a hands-on approach, focusing on food safety, client relations, and financial stewardship, while shaping strategic initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction and business

Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges is seeking a District Manager supporting our United Airlines Lounges portfolio in the Midwest. This manager will be a hands‑on leader, working during peak service hours and have the flexibility to travel (80%) as needed.

We are looking for a strong, multi unit operations background. Experience with food safety, leadership development, and client relations is key to success in this role.

About The Job

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on‑site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted‑line or matrixed management.

Pay Range

$115940 per year - $180070 per year

Incentive Eligibility

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
