Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges is seeking a District Manager for the Midwest portfolio. This hands-on leader travels up to 80% to oversee multiple lounges and ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and client relations.

Ideal candidates have strong multi-unit operations experience, food safety focus, and leadership development skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years in management and related roles.

Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges is seeking a District Manager supporting our United Airlines Lounges portfolio in the Midwest. This manager will be a hands-on leader, working during peak service hours and have the flexibility to travel (80%) as needed.

We are looking for a strong, multi unit operations background. Experience with food safety, leadership development, and client relations is key to success in this role.

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $115940 - $180070

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
