Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a District Manager 2 to lead Air Force Food Service operations across multiple locations in the United States. You will oversee Area Operations Managers, GMs, and support leaders, driving strategic initiatives, client relationships, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll mentor on-site teams, manage resources, and influence budgets and outcomes while partnering with senior leaders to shape enterprise-wide priorities.

Job description

Sodexo is seeking a District Manager 2 to lead our Air Force Food Service operations supporting multiple Air Force locations across the United States.

The District Manager 2 will report to the VP of Operations – Air Force and will provide leadership and oversight to Area Operations Managers, General Managers, and key support leaders across Culinary, Marketing, Finance, Contracts, and Unit Control.

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range:

$134640 per year - $174240 per year

Incentive Eligibility:

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
