Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges is seeking a District Manager to oversee the United Airlines Lounges portfolio in the Midwest.

This manager will be a hands-on leader, working during peak service hours and have the flexibility to travel (80%) as needed.We are looking for a strong, multi unit operations background. Experience with food safety, leadership development, and client relations is key to success in this role.About the jobTake the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions.
