Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Norman, OK is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise performance, engage team members, and coordinate training with the management team.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management.
• ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification.
• You must be 18 years or older per law.
• Excellent time management and guest service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store marketing efforts to support local sales and profit goals.

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certified or able to get certified
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
