Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Town of Owego, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day restaurant operations and assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure each shift runs smoothly.

You will contribute to local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals while guiding team members through performance and training initiatives, with opportunities for advancement and a strong focus on guest service, while benefiting from a flexible schedule and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
