Job summary

Workstream is seeking a District Manager to connect HQ with the district’s branches, ensuring policy alignment and sales growth. You will build strong customer relations and oversee daily operations across the district.

The role requires at least 2 years in district management within the QSR sector, a business background, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive strategy and execution. This position offers growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ District Management experience in the QSR industry.
• BS/MA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking.
• Business development and strategy implementation knowledge.

• Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and district branches.
