Workstream in Texas is seeking a District Manager to support our team across the district\'s branches. You will serve as the key link between headquarters and local operations, ensuring policy adherence and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in district management within the QSR sector, a BS/MA in business, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong business development skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in District Management, currently in the QSR industry.
• BS/MA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking.
• Business development and strategy implementation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between headquarters and the district's branches; ensure alignment with company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and drive focus on increasing sales.
• Build productive customer relations and oversee district day-to-day operations.
