Job summary

Workstream is seeking a District Manager in Brownsville, TX to lead store operations across assigned restaurants. You will serve as the critical link between HQ and district teams, drive sales growth, ensure policy adherence, and develop strong customer relations to elevate service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of district management experience in the QSR sector, a business degree, and an entrepreneurial mindset with proven leadership and decision‑making abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years District Management experience in the QSR industry.
• BS/MA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team. Your primary responsibilities include acting as the key link between the headquarters and the assigned district’s branches, staying up-to-date with company policies, ensuring focus on increased sales, and building productive customer relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the district’s day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.
