HPC Industrial is seeking a District Manager to lead a multi-site industrial services operation supporting refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, power generation, and heavy industrial customers.

This position is responsible for the overall performance of multiple branches, including safety leadership, operational execution, customer satisfaction, talent development, and financial results.

We're looking for a hands-on operational leader who understands the demands of industrial field services and has experience managing service lines such as tank cleaning, hydroblasting, vacuum truck operations, chemical cleaning, shutdowns, turnarounds, specialty mechanical services, and related industrial maintenance activities.

Preferred Experience

• District Manager, Regional Manager, General Manager, Area Manager, Operations Director, or Branch Manager with multi-site responsibility
• Full P&L ownership
• Industrial services leadership experience
• Experience leading safety-sensitive field operations
• Strong understanding of industrial maintenance environments
• OSHA, DOT, and regulatory compliance knowledge
