Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a results-driven District Manager to lead operations from our Monterey, CA office, overseeing multiple sites and teams within the district.

You will build the business through client relationships, service improvements, and local market engagement. Expect to work independently, prioritize resources, and own day-to-day operations and growth initiatives while delivering exceptional service and results for our clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security preferred
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements
• Strong operational, leadership, and organizational skills

• Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

We are seeking a driven, self-reliant, and results-oriented District Manager to lead operations from our small Monterey, CA office, supporting clients throughout the surrounding area. In this key leadership role, you will oversee multiple sites and teams, confidently building the business through strong client relationships, proactive service improvements, and effective local market engagement.

You will be expected to operate independently in a small office environment, making sound decisions, prioritizing resources, and taking ownership of both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on operational experience, a proven ability to elevate team performance, enhance profitability, and develop new business opportunities, while consistently delivering exceptional service and results for our clients.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $90,000-$95,000 Annually
• Monthly Vehicle Allowance: $500.00

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security preferred
