Job summary

Securitas is seeking a District Manager to lead operations from the St. Louis, MO office, overseeing multiple client sites and branch teams across the greater St. Louis North County area.

You will drive service quality, profitability, and client satisfaction while developing high-performing teams and ensuring compliance with company policies. This leadership role includes managing P&L, coordinating transitions, and coaching site leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Previous experience in security preferred.

• Direct and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee new client transitions and implementation of services.

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented District Manager to lead operations from our St. Louis, MO Securitas office, supporting clients throughout the greater St. Louis North County area, including Columbia, MO. In this key leadership role, you will oversee multiple client sites and branch teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong, long-term client relationships. The District Manager is responsible for performance management, and compliance with all company policies, contract requirements, and regulatory standards, and brings hands‑on operations experience, strong people leadership skills, and a proven ability to build and develop high‑performing teams, improve margins and profitability, and drive continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and client satisfaction across the district.

District Manager Training Program

Prior to full placement, you’ll participate in an intensive management training program where you will:

• Learn to make strategic business decisions
• Gain deep understanding of P&L statements and operational budgeting
• Enhance your leadership and customer service skills
• Apply the Securitas management model in real-world scenarios

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security preferred
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements
• Strong operational, leadership, and organizational skills
• Excellent client interfacing
• Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Education & Experience
