Job description

The District Manager will travel extensively throughout Eastern Oklahoma, regularly visiting assigned branches to coach teams, evaluate performance, support recruiting and staffing needs, and ensure operational standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Branch Managers across multiple locations
• Drive branch growth, profitiability, collections and overall performance
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high preforming teams
• Conduct regular branch visits and preformance reviews
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Partner with senior leadership to achieve compnay goals
• Ability to travel regularly
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
