The Bank Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of branch operations, sales performance, customer service, and team development. This role ensures the branch achieves financial goals, maintains regulatory compliance, and delivers an exceptional customer experience while fostering strong community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve individual and branch performance goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and training.
