Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Territory/District Manager to lead multiple stores, coach Retail Store Managers, and drive sales performance across the footprint. You’ll inspire teams, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and align actions with brand objectives.

You’ll mentor leaders, recruit top talent, and implement initiatives to grow the business, optimize operations, and elevate service, all while balancing field leadership with corporate goals.

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience (preferably multi-unit)
