Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a District Manager to lead 10–13 retail stores in the Murfreesboro/Nashville area, coaching store leaders on the floor and driving customer experience and sales. You will develop store managers and assistants, and ensure standards through regular store visits.

As a district leader, you will make merchandising decisions to meet goals and drive performance across the portfolio. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MultI-unit retail store management experience (8–15 stores).
• 2+ years in a store manager or high-level retail management role.
• Food merchandising experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Resilience in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10–13 retail stores in the Murfreesboro/Nashville area.
• Coach and train store leaders on the floor.

District Manager is responsible for 10 to 13 retail stores within the Murfreesboro/Nashville area. Majority of time would be spent in stores on the floor coaching/training store leaders. Developing store leaders and assisting in development of assistant managers/store associates. Walking the store ensuring standards and expectations are met to provide strong customer experience and meet sales goals. Making sales decisions to help drive the business when it comes to merchandising.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience managing multi-unit retail stores (8-15 stores)
• 2-5+ years in a store manager or high level retail management role (larger box retail stores)
• Food merchandising experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop team members
• Resilient when it comes to problem solving
