Job summary

Jimmy John's in Greenville, SC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure Freaky Fast service, and uphold brand standards while building a high-energy, customer-focused team.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff; manage inventory, food safety, cash handling, and labor; and drive performance through a hands-on, fast-paced leadership style.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Manager Certification and ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Leadership experience in restaurant management or fast casual dining preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be able to perform and train in all in-store roles (Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, In-Shopper, Delivery Driver).

Training Introduction

At Jimmy John's, we use a blended training approach to build the knowledge and skills you need to be successful in your role. Our Managers and in-store trainers - called Brand Ambassadors - provide hip-to-hip, hands-on training to show you exactly how to perform each task in our stores.
