Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a District Manager based in the Detroit, Michigan area. This role leads a region of on-site teams and oversees property operations across multiple sites.

The position requires guiding managers, conducting inspections, and supporting budget development while driving financial and property performance. Competitive base pay with a sign-on bonus accompanies the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience as a District or Area Manager in the Multifamily Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Provide leadership and support to a region of on-site team members.
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated region.
• Consult and mentor on-site managers to analyze opportunities for improvement, provide solutions, and monitor outcomes.
• Work with Community Managers in preparing annual operation budgets.
• Monitor budget control.
• Complete monthly financial review to ensure goals are met.
• Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements.

Tarantino Properties is looking to add a District Manager to join our growing company. This individual will be based out of the Detroit, Michigan area.

We are offering a competitive base salary plus sign-on bonus for this position.

Tarantino Properties is a full-service real estate company specializing in income producing real estate. Founded in 1980, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial, residential and senior living properties throughout the United States.

We specialize in commercial office leasing, apartment management, senior living management, retail space, flex, industrial and warehouse properties. We work with our clients to develop the business plans and make the key decisions that will help them ultimately reach their goals, because we only succeed when our clients do.
