Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated region.
Consult and mentor on-site managers to analyze opportunities for improvement, provide solutions, and monitor outcomes.
Work diligently with Community Managers in preparation of annual operation budgets.
Monitor budget control.
Complete monthly financial review to ensure operational and financial goals are met.
Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements as needed to maintain community market position.

Tarantino Properties is looking to add a District Manager to join our growing company. This individual will be based out of the Detroit, Michigan area.

We are offering a competitive base salary plus sign-on bonus for this position.

Founded in 1980, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial, residential and senior living properties throughout the United States.
