Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to supervise 8–12 locations, drive financial performance, and lead high-performing teams. You will ensure efficient operations, meet targets, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, tire knowledge, and the ability to travel and manage multiple stores on-site. Competitive base salary and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales, including management.
• Strong knowledge of tires and tire-related services.

Position Summary

As a District Manager, you will oversee 8–12 store locations, serving as a key leader responsible for executing company initiatives, driving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. You’ll ensure each location operates efficiently, meets performance targets, and upholds our customer service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience
• Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in small to medium-sized groups
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed
• Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability under company vehicle policy
