Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with related trade experience.
• Good knowledge of tools, terminology and practices of skilled trades.
• Familiar with reading plans, blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, and building controls.
• Perform electrical installations and repairs as needed.
• Read blueprints or diagrams to plan work and order supplies.
• Operate hand tools, diagnose issues, and repair equipment.
• Repair furniture, windows, and office equipment as required.
• Ensure safety and compliance with district procedures.
