Job summary

Ollie's in Hattiesburg, MS seeks a District Loss Prevention Manager to lead shrink reduction and safety initiatives across 18-20 store locations. You will investigate loss incidents, supervise CCTV/alarms, and train team leaders and associates in asset protection.

The role reports to the Regional Loss Prevention Manager and requires travel within the district, with a strong emphasis on safety, policy enforcement and program implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of loss prevention experience in retail.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and plan effectively.
• Effective communication of new information to associates.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Interview/investigation certification such as WZ or Reid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate asset losses, injuries or harassment and apply disciplinary actions.
• Conduct safety inspections and manage CCTV/Alarm systems.
• Train new associates in Asset Protection and safety.
• Develop ideas to reduce shrink and accidents.
• Reinforce awareness in store meetings and communicate with District Leaders.
• Manage inventory movement, reconciliation and reporting.
