Job summary

Comcast in Hawaii is seeking a Learning Services Coordinator to support, coordinate, and facilitate projects led by Learning Services Directors, addressing instructional and assessment needs of students district-wide. The role collaborates with staff, students, families and the Learning Services team to manage curriculum and assessments, including SBA and WCAS testing, and oversees the Fine Arts Program.

• Washington State admin certificate required.
• Experience coordinating district-wide programs.
• Experience with curriculum and assessment materials.
• Strong communication with schools and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with assessment coordinators on state and district assessments.
• Train teachers and staff on assessment protocols, procedures, and systems.
• Communicate testing timelines to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a district-wide assessment calendar.
• Oversee the Fine Arts Program and district testing activities.
