Catapult Learning is seeking a Professional Development Specialist for per diem work, hybrid in Hawaii Island, Hawaii, to support educators and students. You will design and deliver collaborative planning, coach teachers, create engaging lessons, and lead workshops while ensuring successful educator development.

The role emphasizes literacy, math, STEM, technology implementation, and blended learning, with opportunities for professional development and paid training.

Competenze

• Must reside in Hawaii.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required (master’s degree preferred).
• Reading/literacy certification, endorsement, or demonstrated expertise in literacy instruction preferred.
• Experience teaching math, literacy, reading, special education or other relevant curriculum.
• Teaching/instructional experience required; coaching, literacy instruction, and school transformation/turnaround preferred.
• Leadership experience required.
• 3 years in coaching required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.
