Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across pharmacy, retail, home care, clinics, and specialty pharmacy within the district. You will coach Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers, drive customer experience, and align the district with corporate initiatives to grow profitability and patient outcomes.

You will oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, participate in community events, and ensure staffing, merchandising, and compliance are executed to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician or Pharmacist (RPh) as required by state law.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Executes One Plan strategy, ensuring consistent and excellent customer experience.
• Coaches Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers to drive engagement and performance.
• Oversees district operations, including front end and pharmacy initiatives, merchandising, and staffing.
• Represents district in community engagement and relationship building with local organizations.
• Manages payroll budgeting and ensures compliance with laws and corporate policies.
• Drives performance through area meetings, data review, and collaboration among stores.
