Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of retail management experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist (RPh) as required by state law; valid driver's license.

• Execute the One Plan strategy with consistent customer experience across the district.
• Coach Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers to drive engagement and performance.
• Lead district execution of front-end and pharmacy initiatives and monitor merchandising and inventory.
