Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a District Manager to lead 15+ store teams in the Akron, Ohio area. You will drive profitability, customer service, and a safe work environment while overseeing merchandising, operations and expense control programs.

You will recruit, hire, and develop store managers, coach teams to meet business objectives, and promote a customer-first culture across the district. Travel up to 50% with occasional overnight stays is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading multiple stores a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience in HR and asset protection considered a plus.
• Ability to analyze, organize and present information with a results focus.

Responsibilities
