Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach for execution.
• Assist Store Manager with overall store operations, driving sales and profit.

• Lead freight movement and inventory control.
• Adhere to loss prevention, safety, and security standards.
