Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of fast-paced, multi-unit retail management experience.
• Strong ability to drive sales, guest engagement, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide directional leadership based on the district's strategic plan.
• Drive profitability and top-line sales while managing expenses.
• Attract, hire, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
