Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a District Leader to lead and manage a portfolio of centers, overseeing 10-15 childcare centers and more than $10M in revenue. You will recruit and coach Center Directors and teaching staff, ensuring quality and educational excellence across the district.

In this role, you will nurture relationships with families, drive revenue growth, and identify sales opportunities while maintaining a child-centered focus on outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.
• Ability to identify, develop, retain and engage a successful team.
• Strong business insight; ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities.
• Leadership experience in a customer and talent-focused environment.

As a KinderCare District Leader, you are responsible for leading a team of Center Directors, and providing them with the tools, coaching, and mentorship they need to succeed. This is a multi-unit field leadership role, responsible for 10-15 childcare centers and more than $10M in revenue. Our District Leaders drive quality and consistency in our centers and enhance family acquisition and retention.

As a District Leader, you will:
