In this hands-on role, you will recruit and develop teams, coach leaders, and drive revenue and efficiency while maintaining top hospitality standards across all stores. A strong focus on operations and people development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a district of Gregorys Coffee locations and support Store Leaders to meet high standards.
• Lead talent development, onboarding, and ongoing coaching across stores.
• Drive revenue, efficiency, and profitability through staffing, training, and operational discipline.
• Ensure coffee, food, and service standards are consistently delivered across the district.
• Manage HR processes, labor compliance, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate new store openings and staffing plans with leadership.
