Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in the United States is seeking a District Manager to develop exceptional Store Managers, create outstanding customer experiences, and drive growth across Starbucks stores within the district.

You will direct a multi-unit portfolio by planning strategies and ensuring consistent execution, becoming a leader of leaders who understands the markets and communities you serve. You will grow businesses, lead a team of leaders, and serve as a resource on operations, staffing, and policy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience managing 2+ stores, departments or units with P&L and inventory responsibilities.
• 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6+ with coaching and strong communication.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role.
• Experience in a multi-unit environment with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Grow a portfolio of Starbucks stores by developing district strategies to achieve financial, operational and customer-service goals.
• Lead and mentor Store Managers as team leaders and business operators.
• Provide expertise on customer issues, staffing, store operations and company policies and procedures.
