Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking an experienced retail leader in Atlanta to guide a multi-store team, elevate customer experiences, and drive profitability.

You will partner with senior leaders to implement brand standards, develop talent, and execute strategic initiatives across sales, operations, and technology. Strong communication and a proven track record in selling strategies are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; High School degree required.
• 5+ years of multi-store leadership experience within specialty retail preferred.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and delight customers, to build trust with business partners, and to foster a rich, team‑oriented environment.
• Demonstrated success driving results. Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning, operational execution, and employee motivation.
• Positive and self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient computer skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, tablet/mobile devices, and social media.
• Ability to travel, work weekends, and attend networking events when the business requires.

• Partners with senior field leadership and business partners to ensure consistency across brand expression, selling culture, operations, and technology.
• Demonstrates strategic and collaborative leadership; acts as an influencer who takes smart risks.
• Builds relationships with customers and across business units to improve company outcomes.
• Cultivates an environment of accountability and supports leaders' professional development.
• Teaches and develops Store leaders to empower them as entrepreneurial business leaders.
• Maintains strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Aims for consistent incremental business results by enhancing customer experiences.
• Understands OMNI functions (Order/Ship from store, clienteling and outreach) and drives related results.
• Inspires teams to align decisions with company goals and customer interests.
• Develops strategies to acquire new customers and engage local communities.
• Uses feedback to influence selling culture and customer experience improvements.
• Provides weekly context to Customer Mindset and communicates feedback.
